In particular, the oil industry and energy resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rebecca MacDonald can rightly be called a shining example of a woman&#8217;s success in a &#8220;man&#8217;s&#8221; field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, she has made a name for herself as a Toronto businesswoman. Rebecca&#8217;s activities were so successful that she received several business awards, which only encouraged her to improve her business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She founded Just Energy Group Inc., which specializes in energy trading. But it took her a long time to get there. As a child, she was very successful in her studies and achieved excellent results in various competitions and tournaments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After graduating from university, Rebecca spent many years looking for an activity that would give her the most pleasure. After gaining experience and knowledge, she came to the conclusion that she would like to go into business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, in 1986, in the context of the newly deregulated gas industry in the country, she founded an EMI. This was Rebecca&#8217;s first business. However, this organization soon began to lose its profits. The reason was a sharp decline in gas prices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 1997, she founded the Ontario Energy Savings Corp. This allowed Rebecca to re-enter the market, even though the company was making minimal profits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2001, as gas prices soared, the businesswoman decided to drastically change her company and turn it into a fairly profitable fund. Subsequently, it became the basis of Just Energy Group In\u0441.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_new_level\"><\/span><strong>A new level<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Later, she listed Just Energy on the stock exchange and the company became accountable to the board of directors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After gas prices fell, the company was able to expand to the American and European markets. However, it was criticized for its aggressive sales methods.
